How do I troubleshoot playback issues on my Smart TV?
- Check your internet connection: Test your internet connection to ensure it is working properly
- Restart your Smart TV: Unplug your Smart TV’s power cable for 30 seconds or more then plug it back in to restart
- Check the video service provider: Make sure your video service provider is operating properly
- Check the cables: Check all cables and make sure they are securely connected
- Check for software updates: Check for any software updates and install them if necessary
- Check for hardware issues: If all of the above has been checked and the issue persists, it may be a hardware issue and require a technician to diagnose further
