How do I troubleshoot audio playback issues on my Smart TV?

  1. Check that the volume setting on the TV is not set to low.

  2. Ensure that the cable connections from the speakers or soundbar to the TV are securely connected.

  3. Check that the TV and soundbar or external speakers are both powered on.

  4. Verify that the TV’s audio output setting is correctly set in the menu.

  5. Adjust the audio output configuration to make sure both TV speakers and external speakers are enabled.

  6. Try setting the TV to another sound mode such as Standard, Theatre or Music.
