- Check that the volume setting on the TV is not set to low.
- Ensure that the cable connections from the speakers or soundbar to the TV are securely connected.
- Check that the TV and soundbar or external speakers are both powered on.
- Verify that the TV’s audio output setting is correctly set in the menu.
- Adjust the audio output configuration to make sure both TV speakers and external speakers are enabled.
- Try setting the TV to another sound mode such as Standard, Theatre or Music.
