How do I troubleshoot a frozen or unresponsive Smart TV?

1. Unplug the power to the TV for two minutes.
2. Reconnect the power and press the power button on the remote control to turn on the TV.
3. If still unresponsive, use the power switch on the back of the TV to turn off and on.
4. Check the connection of the HDMI cables.
5. Try a different HDMI port.
6. Check for software updates.
7. Try connecting the TV to another source, such as a DVD/Blu-ray player.
