1. Check that your TV is plugged in and turned on.
2. Check to see if the power cord is firmly secured at both ends.
3. Make sure your TV is connected to an adequate power supply.
4. Check all of your connection cables to make sure they are securely connected.
5. Check the settings of the display or video output on your Smart TV to verify that it is not set to an inappropriate resolution.
6. Unplug your TV for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
7. Contact your TV manufacturer’s customer service department.
