How do I fix the issue of my Smart TV displaying a ‘connect to network’ error message?

1. Check to see if your Internet connection is running properly by checking the network activity list provided by your router/modem.

2. Verify that all WiFi settings are correct and updated including your network name (SSID) and password.

3. Verify that your Smart TV is still in within the range of your router/modem.

4. Disconnect the power cord from your Smart TV and router/modem for several minutes. Reconnect the devices and allow time for them to connect to each other.

5. If the problem still persists, check that your Smart TV is running the latest firmware version. If not, update the firmware version on your Smart TV.

6. Reset your Smart TV. This will allow you to reset any settings or features that may be causing the issue with your Smart TV.

7. If the issue continues, contact the manufacturer for more assistance.
