1. Reset your TV by pressing the 'Power' button on your TV for at least 10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cord from your TV and plug it into a different outlet after waiting at least 5 seconds.

3. Change the picture format setting in the TV menu (for example, from 4:3 to 16:9).

4. Select a different input source on your TV (for example, from HDMI1 to HDMI2).

5. Check for any loose connections on either the input source or the TV.

6. Make sure the TV is using the latest software available.

7. Adjust the picture settings on the TV using a calibration disk.
