Why is my printer producing prints with faded or missing colors?

1. Check if your printer is connected to your computer and powered on.
2. Check if you installed the original printer drivers.
3. Check if you correctly set the printer’s preferences.
4. Check the printer's ink cartridges and toners to make sure they have sufficient amount of ink or toner.
5. Check the print head if it is clean and in the correct position.
