1. Check the printer settings and make sure the page size, orientation, and margins are set correctly.
2. Make sure the printer is connected to the computer correctly and communication with the software is proper.
3. Clean the inside of the printer thoroughly to ensure that no paper debris is blocking the print head.
4. Physically check the paper loaded into the printer and make sure it is the size and type that the printer is expecting.
5. Access the printer driver and software settings to make sure they are set to the proper manufacturer defaults.
6. Disconnect the printer and reconnect it to make sure it is properly registering with the computer.
