Why is my printer printing a blank line in the middle of the page?

Verify that the toner cartridge is properly installed.
Check the paper tray for Paper jams.
Check the printer settings and make sure the correct paper size is seleted for the document.
Clean the printer head.
Check if any loose electrical connection.
