1. Make sure the printer is switched on and powered up.
2. Check that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device.
3. If it is connected via USB, determine whether or not it is properly connected and has the latest driver.
4. Confirm the printer is compatible with your mobile device.
5. Reload the printer software or turn off and on the printer.
6. Try connecting the mobile device and printer to a different Wi-Fi network.
7. If all else fails, reset the printer to its default settings.
