Why is my printer not responding to print commands from the control panel?
- Check the Printer's Connections
- Ensure the printer is properly connected to the computer network or USB cable
- Verify the printer power cable is connected to an electrical outlet
- Update Printer Drivers
- Open the Start menu and select Settings
- Click on Printer & Faxes
- Right-click on the printer name and select Update Driver
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Check Printer Status
- Open the Printer folder
- Check if the printer is set to Online mode
