Why is my printer not responding to print commands from a specific wireless network?

1. Check the printer is plugged in and turned on.
2. Determine if the printer is connected to the correct wireless network.
3. Check the printer is supported and compatible with the wireless router.
4. Check if the wireless-network name (SSID) is hidden.
5. If the SSID is hidden, manually enter the SSID on the printer.
6. Make sure the wireless router is using the same type of security as configured on the printer.
7. Access the router’s user interface for password and other security settings.
8. Check to see if your computer has the correct wireless network settings.
9. Reset the printer to factory settings (this will erase all settings).
