1. Check that the printer is switched on.
2. Check that the correct printer is selected in your application.
3. Check that the port and settings in the Print dialog is set correctly.
4. Check printer settings that the paper size & source is selected correctly.
5. Check that the USB cable is connected securely to the printer.
6. Check that you have the most recent printer driver installed.
