What can I do if my printer is not recognizing the ink cartridge?

1. 
   

   Make sure that the printer is powered on and that the ink cartridge is properly installed

2. 
   

   Check if the printer recognizes the cartridge by running the Ink Level command.

3. 
   

   Clean the cartridge contact points with a dry cloth and install it again.

4. 
   

   Check if the chip on the cartridge is functioning correctly.

5. 
   

   If the above steps do not work, install a new cartridge in place of the old one.
