1. Check that the SD card being used is supported by the printer
2. Ensure the metal contacts on the SD card are free of obstruction
3. Try reinserting the SD card and rebooting the printer
4. Make sure the SD card is properly formatted
5. Check the SD card for any errors
6. Check that the SD card is not inside a carrying case or adapter
