- Check to make sure all of the cartridges have been inserted in the printer consistently with the arrows and slots in the correct locations.
- Clean the contacts of the cartridges and printer with a lint-free cloth or swab.
- If the issue persists, refer to the instruction manuals specific to your model of Printer to see if any further troubleshooting steps can be taken.
Make sure that the electrical contacts of each cartridge are securely in contact with the inner contacts of the printer.
If this does not fix the issue, try reseating the cartridges in the printer, power cycling the printer, or aligning the printer.
