- Check your printer is turned on and has working power.
- Establish a connection between your printer and the device you are printing from.
- Check the printer cable to make sure it is securely connected to your computer or wireless device.
- Check the condition of your ink or toner is adequate and online (not sleeping).
- Check the paper is loaded and that it is placed correctly in the tray.
- Ensure your printer is the recommended and default printer set in the app/program you are using.
- Restart the app/program, PC or laptop, and printer.
- Clear your app/program print queue.
- Update your printer Driver Software.
- Delete and re-install the printer.
