Why is my printer not printing from a specific website?

  1. Check your printer is turned on and has working power.

  2. Establish a connection between your printer and the device you are printing from.

  3. Check the printer cable to make sure it is securely connected to your computer or wireless device.

  4. Check the condition of your ink or toner is adequate and online (not sleeping).

  5. Check the paper is loaded and that it is placed correctly in the tray.

  6. Ensure your printer is the recommended and default printer set in the app/program you are using.

  7. Restart the app/program, PC or laptop, and printer.

  8. Clear your app/program print queue.

  9. Update your printer Driver Software.

  10. Delete and re-install the printer.
