Why is my printer not printing from a specific program on my computer?

  1. Check your printer is turned on and connected to the same WiFi network as your computer.

  2. Restart your computer and any relevant devices, at least once.

  3. Check your printer is on the latest update.

  4. Check the status of your printer on your computer systems network or home settings.

  5. Check all your cables are secure.

  6. Check that the correct printer is set as default in your computer.

  7. Reload your program on your computer.
