Check for basic printer setup
- Verify the USB cable is physically connected from printer to the device.
- Verify the USB port is securely connected on both ends.
- Make sure that both the printer and device are turned on.
- Confirm that the computer is able to recognize the printer and the printer is configured to scan.
- Check and install the latest printer driver.
- Check the firewall settings in the device.
- Restart both of the devices.
