My printer is creating faint prints. How can I improve print quality?

1. Verify that the paper is loaded and positioned properly.
2. Check that the proper paper type has been selected in the printer settings.
3. Check the toner, ink, or other cartridges and replace them if needed.
4. Run printer maintenance and calibration utilities.
5. Wipe down the cartridge print area and machine with a damp cloth and check for foreign objects.
6. Check to make sure all ports and cables connections are secure.
