1. Unplug the printer from the power outlet.
2. Remove any paper that is stuck in the printer tray.
3. Inspect the rollers inside the printer.
4. Clean the rollers and other parts with a damp cloth.
5. Remove any dust or debris from inside the printer.
6. Check the printer for obstructions. Remove any obstructions if present.
7. Replace the toner or ink cartridges if needed.
8. Plug the printer back into the power outlet.
