Follow these steps to troubleshoot a printer that is constantly disconnecting from Wi-Fi:
- Check if the printer is provided with the latest firmware version.
You can download the latest firmware version from the manufacturer's website and follow the instructions provided to update the firmware version. - Check the printer is securely connected to Wi-Fi.
Turn off the printer, and then switch it off again. Wait a few moments and then turn it back on. When the printer is back on, check the connection again. - Check if the Firewall is interfering with the connection.
Sometimes the Firewall blocks communications from certain modems and routers. Check for any recent Firewall configuration updates and make sure they are not affecting the printer connection. - Restart the modem and/or router.
Turn off the modem and/or router, wait about 10 minutes and then switch them back on. After that, try connecting the printer again to Wi-Fi. - Reset the printer.
Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds and then switch it on again. Try connecting the printer to Wi-Fi once again.
