1. Check the printer queue to see if any documents are still listed and then clear the queue.
2. Check the paper tray to determine if the media in the tray correctly matches the printer settings and media type selected. If not, replace the media.
3. Make sure the printer is firmly connected to the wall outlet and is turned on.
4. Check the power cord and USB cord to make sure that all connections are secure and correctly connected to the printer, computer, and any other devices.
5. Run a print alignment page and print a test page.
6. If the issue persists, contact the printer manufacturer for additional support.
