How do I fix a paper feeding issue with my printer?

1. Make sure the paper is properly aligned in paper tray
2. Check to see if any paper is jammed in the printer
3. Dust and/or vacuum the printer
4. Check for foreign objects in the rollers
5. Run a self-test to make sure all mechanical parts are functioning properly
