1. Open the Control Panel:

Go to the start menu or search Control Panel

2. Click on Devices and Printers:

You should see it in the Hardware and Sound section

3. Right click on the Printer:

Select the printer that you are having issues with

4. Select See What's Printing:

This shows a list of current pending print jobs

5. Select the print jobs and click Cancel:

This should stop the print job and clear the queue
