How do I clear a paper jam?

1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to avoid any potential for danger.
2. Open the printer, the paper tray, and any covers that might obscure the paper jams.
3. Carefully check all internal printers parts to see where the jam is located.
4. Carefully remove the stuck paper with both hands with any sharp objects, such as tweezers or needle-nose pliers.
5. Check the printer's internal components and carefully remove any extra pieces of paper that may have stuck to it.
6. Close the printer covers and turn the printer back on. Paper jams should be gone.
