Why won’t my computer connect to Wi-Fi?

1. Check your connection to your wireless modem or router:
• Make sure your modem/router is connected to the power outlet and the Ethernet cable is plugged in securely.
• Check the LED lights to see if they are lit up.
• Determine if any other devices can connect properly to the Wi-Fi network.
