Why is my internet connection not working?

  1. Reset your router and modem.
  2. Connect the router and modem directly to the wall coax outlet.
  3. Check the modem LAN connection.
  4. Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to the router.
  5. Check for factory reset.
