Why is my computer not recognizing my printer?

1. Check the power cables are plugged in securely to your printer and power supply.
2. Ensure the printer is turned on.
3. Check your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your computer.
4. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your printer from and to your computer.
5. Check the USB connection is plugged in securely to both devices.
