To prevent your computer from automatically updating in the future, follow these steps:
Open the Settings window on your computer.
Go to the Update & Security tab.
Select the Advanced Options and under Choose How Updates are Installed, select Notify to Schedule Restart.
Now you can be notified when updates are available and schedule restarts as desired.
