- Give the power button a firm pressing and hold for a few moments.
- Attempt to use the button again.
- Attempt to use the power button combination methods, such as holding the power button with a key on the keyboard.
- Ensure that the power cable and/or battery is securely connected to the device and the power source.
- Unplug the device, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, reattach the power cable/battery, and then attempt to use the power button again.
- If the problem persists, try updating the driver and/or BIOS of the device.
