3. See if switching or removing any keyboard layouts have any effect on the output.
4. Check all cables and connections and make sure they are properly connected and installed.
5. Restart your computer to see if this resolves the issue.
6. Make sure Num Lock, Caps Lock, and other keys are enabled or disabled correctly.
7. Make sure the keyboard software installed on your computer is up to date.
8. Try using a different keyboard and see if that works.
