Why is my computer or device not recognizing the Wi-Fi network?
- Power cycling – Turn off your computer or device, and then turn it back on. That might resolve the issue.
- Check your wireless adapter – Make sure your wi-fi adapter is running and that it’s up to date.
- Check Wi-Fi settings – Make sure your Wi-Fi settings are not blocking the connection. If you’re having problems with a password; try resetting it.
- Check your router – Make sure your router is properly configured and that all of its cables are securely connected.
- Reset your router – Reset your router to the original factory defaults to see if that resolves the issue.
