1. Check the network adapter
2. Check if the Wi-Fi is on and connected
3. Reboot the Modem and the router
4. Run the network troubleshooter
5. Update the network driver
6. Flush the DNS and reset IP
7. Reset all the network settings
8. Perform a clean boot
9. Uninstall the latest Windows update
10. Make sure your antivirus/firewall is not blocking your computer
