Check your device’s connection to your wireless network:

1. In Settings > Wireless & networks > Wifi, make sure Wifi is enabled.


2. Verify your device is connected to the intended wireless network.


3. Check that the Wifi network you are connecting to is functioning properly (This can be done by attempting to connect a separate device to the same network).


4. If possible, restart the wireless network and reconnect.
