Why is my WiFi not working?

  1. Unplug the modem and/or router from power for at least 10 seconds, then plug back in.

  2. Check all physical connections – from the modem and/or router to the wall outlet, and from your device to the modem and/or router.

  3. Reset the modem and/or router.

  4. Run the Network Troubleshooting tool from the Settings menu of your device.

  5. Run diagnostics software or contact your device manufacturer for help.
