Why am I unable to connect to a network printer on a different subnet?

  1. Check that the printer is turned on.

  2. Verify if the printer is connected to the proper network.

  3. Ensure that the router is configured correctly.

  4. Check the printer’s IP address within the system console.

  5. Verify the printer’s queue or that it is trying to print.
