Why am I unable to access certain websites on my mobile devices?

< 1 min read

There can be multiple reasons why you may not be able to access certain websites on your mobile devices. To troubleshoot the issue, it is suggested that you:

  1. Restart your device. This process refreshes the device’s communication with networking sites and re-established connections. Simply restart your mobile device by turning it off and then on again.
  2. Reset your internet settings. If restarting your device does not help you access the website, you can try resetting the internet settings. Note that resetting the settings will reset all your customized data like Wi-Fi passwords, APN settings, Bluetooth connections, VPNs etc.
  3. Clear your cache and cookies. Cookies and cached files can sometimes be the root cause of website loading issues. Clearing your cache and cookies may help you access the website.
  4. Check your mobile data. Make sure that your mobile data connection is working properly. Check if your device is connected to the internet.
  5. Switch to different internet connection. Try using a different internet connection, like a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data. This will help you determine if any particular network is causing the issue.
