How do I reset my network connection on my computer?

1. Check the power and coaxial cable connections, then power cycle both modem and router.
2. 
   On Windows computer, navigate to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center. Click on Change adapter settings, then right click on your network connection, and select Disable.
3. 
   Wait for 10-15 seconds, then right click again and select Enable.
4. 
   On Mac, open Network preferences in System Preferences, then select your network connection from the network list. Click the gear icon next to the connection and select Make Service Inactive.
5. 
   Wait for 10-15 seconds, then click the gear icon again and select Make Service Active.
