To reset your modem or router, please follow these steps:

1. Locate the reset button on the back of the device.


2. Using a straightened paper clip, press and hold the reset button.


3. Continue to press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds.


4. Release the reset button after 10 seconds.
