To reset your internet connection on your computer:

1. Unplug the power cords from the back of the modem, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in until all the lights turn on.
2. Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable (if present) between the modem and the router.
3. After the modem starts working properly, reboot the router.
4. Reboot the computer.
