1. Check your network connection settings and ensure that your device is connected to the right network or hotspot.
2. Make sure that your device is in close proximity to the router/modem.
3. Refresh the device by power cycling. Unplug the device from the power source and plug it back in.
4. Connect your device to another Internet network and check if it works.
5. Update the Firestick software or reinstall it from scratch.
