1. Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and switched on.
2. Check your router and modem are powered on and connected to each other.
3. Check to see if the console has a connection to the router via an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection.
4. If the previous steps did not work, inspect all the cables and connections in the setup.
5. Run a speed test to ensure you have the appropriate internet speeds.
6. Reboot the console, router and modem.
7. Contact the internet service provider if the connection difficulty persists.
