Why can’t I connect to the internet?

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. See if the Wi-Fi router is on and transmitting a signal

  3. Check that both your computer and router are using the same network name (SSID)

  4. Restart your modem and router

  5. Check the cables connected to your router are securely plugged in

  6. Make sure the network settings of your device are correctly configured
