Why is my phone’s camera focusing incorrectly?

1. Check to see that the lens is not blocked by dirt, dust, or anything else.
2. Clean the lense lightly using a microfiber cloth.
3. Check the camera’s settings.
4. Reset the camera autofocus.
5. Adjust the autofocus grid.
6. Check to see if the issue is resolved.
