Why is my phone’s battery draining while on airplane mode?

1. Check if Bluetooth, Wi-fi and other phone services are turned off and disabled.
2. Check for any apps running in the background, which could be draining battery.
3. If a task manager is available, check to see which apps are consuming the most battery.
4. Check for available phone updates. If any, install them as they could be providing bug fixes and other benefits.
5. Replace the battery with a new one or contact your phone service provider.
