Why is my mobile device not recognizing my fingerprint or face ID?
- Check the settings of your device and ensure that the lock feature is enabled.
- Check if the power settings of your device are optimal i.e. increased storage consumption can lead to instability.
- Clean the area where you position your fingerprint or face ID with a clean, dry cloth.
- Make sure your finger or face is not pressing on any other surface while registering your print or face.
- Ensure that your finger or face is fully registered so that the device can recognize it.
- Turn off your device and turn it on again to restart.
