1. Check the settings: see if you have a network connection, look into any software updates that might be necessary, and make sure you’ve enabled your phone’s Wi-Fi connection.
2. Physically inspect your phone: look for any bent pins, missing parts, or damaged antenna. It could be a physical issue with your phone.
3. Nearby interference: large metal objects, other electronic devices, or radiation can decrease or block the signal from reaching your phone. Look for any sources of interference and/or sources of radiation and test your signal with and without these present.
4. Cell phone tower maintenance or issues: contact your cellular provider and inquire about any tower maintenance or any current issues that could affect the signal.
