If your apps are missing or not appearing on your home screen, there are a few things you can do:
- Make sure you are signed into the correct account on your device
- Check to see if your device is up to date by going to the device’s
Settings
>System
>Software Updates
to see if it’s time for an update. - Restart your device by powering off your device.
- Make sure your apps are installed from either the App store/Google Play Store.
