Why am I experiencing poor or no signal on my mobile device?


  1. Make sure you’re not too far away from the wireless router or access point.
  2. Check that the connection works with other devices in the same area.
  3. Check your connection settings do not limit connection to mobile data.
  4. Check that all cables related to your router or access point are attached and undamaged.
  5. Check that your router/access point is not being blocked by an object.
  6. Restart your device and try to reconnect.
